Hello, I'm Suzanne!
Over the past 30 years I’ve held numerous operations leadership positions in professional service firms. In each one I was honored to mentor women who struggled to balance the demands of work and home, and find joy and meaning in their careers.
Most recently, I was at Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services firm, where I was National Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability and led the Firm's efforts to embrace the three pillars of success -- profit, people and planet. I was also led the Firm's board-sponsored Women’s Initiative, a program designed to attract, retain and promote women into leadership positions. In this role I travelled the country, organizing local initiatives and helping women in more than 90 locations.
Ready for a change, I left Deloitte after 15 years and began my search for what to do next; what work would give ME meaning and joy? I realized it had to involve working with women leaders, and so I enrolled in the Hudson Institute and became a certified leadership coach.
Now I work exclusively with senior-level women in financial and professional services firms, non-profits and higher education. I help these already accomplished women set and achieve personal goals, navigate career transitions, and gain balance in their personal and professional lives.

“Like many women of my generation, I’ve struggled to find female role models in business - women who exemplify leadership, integrity and courage. Sadly, it’s been far easier to find their polar opposites – women who equate femininity with weakness, who dominate rather than collaborate, and who control rather than facilitate; in other words, women who believe they must behave like men to succeed. These women ignore innate capabilities that give them unique advantages – an understanding of diversity, higher emotional intelligence, and acceptance of risk – characteristics essential to leadership success in today’s complex business environment. My goal in coaching is to help women tune into and leverage these inner strengths, and in the process, achieve personal satisfaction and leadership excellence.”
